It's a date

Time is a valuable commodity, one that we run short of all the...time. Just before hubs started learning the law, we knew time together would be scarce so we decided that the best way to stay connected was to schedule at least one date night a week. It usually falls on Friday night and usually means dinner and a movie, but at least we are spending time together without talk of red carpets and legal stuff (a tough feet for both of us). Every once in a while we will branch out and do something not so dinner-and-a-movie-ish.

Couple weeks ago, we went bowling. Legendary, I know.

Knowing that we were gonna be bowling, I didn't think high heels and a dressy outfit would work. Here's what I went with (opted out of any pics taken of anything but my awesome bowling shoes):

The sweater is Old Navy, and it's just plain awesome. So comfy, so soft. So awesome, I got it in another color combo! Of course now, as I browse the ON site, they don't have them anymore...but these look pretty darn close as far as softness, color and comfort go.
